Spacek, Keyser, Adams and
Anderson garner additional feature wins at Monster Hall!

July 20, 2001; Unity, WI. - The Monster Hall Raceway near
Unity, WI hosted its regularly scheduled Friday night race program sponsored by Auto Value
- Bumper to Bumper.
In the Cruiser divison the Virnig duo of John and Mark outran their
competitors after starting outside the second row in the feature. The team of Bill Davis
and Jesse Felten held on for second ahead of eighth place starter Ben Becher. Josh Luepke
and Adam Winer wound up fourth while Jim and James Marshall rounded out the top five.
Scott Anderson recorded a clean sweep in the A-Mod division. He won his
heat race and went on to win the feature after starting from the pole position. Mickey
Nosser dashed from fourth to second at the checkered followed by Rob Genett, Bill Purdy
and Shane Halopka.
Kevin Adams etched another win into the record books in the WISSOTA Street
Stocks after starting sixth. Eighth place starter Brent Mindock charged to second ahead of
seventh place starter Johnny Goulden. Chris Crapser was fourth and Ralph Stark rounded out
the top five. Adams' motor and transmission were contested after the feature race by
another competitor and during the inspection, Adams was found to be completely legal,
ending all rumors of foul play.
Jeff Spacek has found great success driving for his brother Randy Spacek
in the WISSOTA Super Stock division and won the feature race again on Friday night. Spacek
overtook polesitter Paul Lieders and went on to claim the win. Lieders finished second
ahead of Terry Gorst, Shawn Huse and Paul Erikson.
Tyler Keyser cranked out another WISSOTA Modified main event win after
starting from the seventh position. Steve Kuester, who started ninth on the feature grid,
charged his way to second ahead of Steve Isenberg. Troy Kuyoth crossed the checkered in
fourth and Jeff Spacek rounded out the top five.
