Lieders leads the way in Super Stock action,
Kuyoth captures Mod checkered at Monster Hall!

August 3, 2001; Unity, WI. - The race action at Monster Hall Raceway's regularly scheduled Friday program was sponsored by WAXX 104 radio and Dorchester State Bank. In the WISSOTA Modified main event, Troy Kuyoth was a man a mission. He started 12th in the feature grid and marched to the front to claim the feature win.

Second row feature starter Paul Lieders (#57) overtook the front row for the WISSOTA Super Stock win. Troy Kuyoth (#80) and Lance Burt (#17)   finished first and second in the WISSOTA Modified feature after a last lap altercation. Scott Anderson (#27) notched yet another A-Mod feature win at the Monster Hall Raceway. Kevin Adams (#40)and Chris Oertel (#51)  finished first and second in the WISSOTA Street Stock feature.

Lance Burt recorded one of his best ever finishes at the raceway and claimed second when the checkered flags flew. Steve Isenberg sped to third ahead of Robby Bunkleman and, just one week after a grinding crash at another local track, Scott Duval dashed from eighth to fifth.

A pair of #17s paced the front row of the WISSOTA Super Stock feature, Terry Gorst and Ryan Lindner; however, one row back lurked Paul Lieders. Lieders overtook both #17s and claimed the win over Gorst and Paul Erikson. Kevin Adams, who started ninth, finished fourth followed by 12th place starter Randy Spacek.

The WISSOTA Street Stock division has been completely dominated by Kevin Adams thus far in 2001 and again he stiff-armed the competition this week. Adams started 11th in the feature field and picked off all 10 racers in front of him for the win. Front row starter Chris Oertel finished second followed by Dave Teatz, John Goulden and Ralph Stark.

Much like the Street Stock divison, the A-Mods have also had a dominant perfomer week in and week out: Scott Anderson. Anderson claimed the division's feature on Friday followed by Shane Halopka, Rob Genett, Mark May and Bill Purdy.
