May 16, 1999; Seymour, WI - A brief two minute shower at 4:45 p.m. caused an hour delay in the start of the Sunday night racing program at the Seymour Tri Oval Raceway, But it was worth the wait, as the 98 car field clicked off a complete program before 10 PM.
The Wissota Late Models took to the track first and Tom Naeyaert took the lead at the start followed by Doug Blashe, T.M. Miller, Tim Buhler and Troy Springborn. Naeyaert started to spread the lead until Buhler moved into the runner-up spot on lap 9 and started to close the gap. A lone caution appeared on lap 11 when Miller hit one of the tires in turn one. On the restart, Buhler stayed close and pulled alongside a couple times before Naeyaert again pulled away and earned his first feature win of the season, Buhler took the runner-up spot with Blashe in third followed by Springborn, Greg Dhein, and Miller.
Joe Kerkhoff took command of the IMCA Stock Car main at he start and set the pace for the opening 5 laps before Rod Snellenberger pulled into the lead and started to pull away from the pack. Tim Van De Hei followed into the runner-up spot a lap later with Jerry Wilinski in third. The leaders spread out and started to lap cars over the final laps. Snellenberger was able to maintain a lead throughout and went on to win his second division feature of the season, Van De Hei lost power in his car on the final turn dropping him from second to 8th in the final score, Wilinski was the second place finisher with Kerkhoff taking third. Bob Bemmels ended up fourth with Joe White in 5th and Sean Jerovetz rounding out the top six.

Van Pay moved into the runner up spot on lap 6 but through the rest of the race was not able to mount a serious challenge on the leader. Rohloff drove on to win his first feature of the season with Van Pay in second. Kurt Jordan ended up third with the battle for the final claim spot up in the air till the end of the month, Mike Mashl, edged out Brian Mullen for the fourth place finish with Zegers holding on to the end for a strong 6th place
Josh Wurtz set the opening lap pace for the Street Stock finale and a flat tire ended his feature run on lap 10. Mike Czarapata was right there to take the top spot with Jared Siefert, Chas Van Ooyen and Travis Van Straten behind. Jason Czarapata pulled into the runner-up spot on lap 13 and closed in on the leader. On lap 16, Jason took the lead from his uncle, and drove on to win his second division feature of the young season.
