Late afternoon Thunderstorm washes out race program!

June 18, 2000; Seymour, WI - A late afternoon thunderstorm rumbled over the Seymour Tri-Oval Raceway, forcing N.E.W. DIRT to postpone their scheduled IMCA Modified, WlSSOTA Late Model, Street Stock and IMCA Stock Car racing program Sunday night.

Despite the fact that the skies cleared after the storm, the track and pit had too much water standing to try to get the program in. This is the second rain out in the past three weeks for the club.

A full racing program will take place next week with racing getting underway at 6:30 PM.
