N.E.W. Dirt readies for
17th Season of racing at Seymour Tri-Oval!

April 18, 2000; Seymour, WI - N.E.W. DIRT will hold an open practice at the Seymour Tri-Oval Raceway this Saturday afternoon, April 22nd, from 1-4 PM.
The club has done quite a bit of work on the track this spring, and this will be an opportunity for drivers to check out the track prior to the season opener.
The back chute and the tri-oval are on the track has received the bulk of the work. The outside of the back chute was pulled back onto the track. The banking has been re groomed so it is even through the tri oval. The track surface is now an even 75 feet wide all the way around.
The pit will open at 11:30. All cars are welcome to test. There is a $10.00 per person fee to enter the pit for the practice. Fans may use the grandstand free of charge.
The sessions will be run by division, with three cars allowed on the track at a time for four or five laps. The track will be open from approx. 1-4 PM.
The club will have memberships and any remaining parking spots available at the practice.

N.E.W. DIRT will kick off their 17th season at the Seymour Tri Oval Raceway on Sunday night, April 30. The club will feature four divisions weekly on their unique 1/3 mile clay tri oval track located at the Outagamie County fairgrounds on HWY 55 in Seymour, WI.
The IMCA Modifieds, WISSOTA Late Models, Street Stocks and IMCA Stock Cars will make up the programs, which run weekly through Labor Day, September3. The season will conclude with the 4th Annual Budweiser Nationals to be held on Saturday night, September 23. September 24 will be the rain date for the nationals.
Admission prices will be as follows...Adult... $9.00, Senior (over 62) & Student (13-18).,.$6.00, Children (6-12).., $2.00 with adult, Under 6... free with adult.

Pit gates open at 4 PM every week. Grandstand opens at 5 PM, Racing begins at 6:30 PM every Sunday night.
