Rainout closes 2001 season at Seymour! By Dave Panske

September 9, 2001; Seymour, WI -  The final race of the 2001 season scheduled for Sunday night, September 9th, was rained out before mid day Sunday. Heavy rains for three days and continuing showers on Sunday forced N.E.W. DIRT to have the rain out end their season.

The club would like to THANK all of the fans, drivers, crews and sponsors for their support throughout the long season this year.

Monthly club meetings will take place on the first monday of every month at the Edgewood Supper Club in Seymour starting at 8 PM.

Election of officers for the 2002 season will take place at the October meeting. The Banquet will be held at the Edgewood on Saturday night, November 10th.
